Barn Lantern for Still Life

I came across this wonderful old barn lantern in an antique shop and right away I could picture it in a still life painting.    It will be on deck once I finish up other obligations in a few months.

I also found this sweet coffee cup.  I loved the dark green color and how well it shined with light.  And I thought the silver spoon was a perfect companion.   I have a specific purpose for this little beauty.  Can't wait to paint it.
